Licensing and Insurance

YourTurf Synthetic Grass is a fully licensed, bonded and insured contractor.  YourTurf carries both a C-27 (Landscaping) and a D-12 (Synthetic Products) license and its license number is 854325.

By law, contractors are required to be licensed.  All contractors are regulated by the Contractors' State License Board.  At anytime the board has the right to investigate complaints against contractors if such complaints are filed within four years of such violations.  If a consumer should have any concerns regarding a contractor, they may refer to the Contractors' State License Board at the following address:  P.O. Box 26000, CA 95826.

The Contractors' State License Board protects consumers by licensing and regulating the cosntruction industry.  Consumers should always research the contractor they are considering to hire to ensure such contractor holds a current, active license.  An informed customer should only use licensed contractors.  By using an unlicensed contractor, the Contractors' State License Board may not be able to help you investigate and rectify situations that may arise.  However, by using a licensed contractor, the board does have the authority to investigate complaints.  By using a licensed contractor you can avoid resolving your injuries in civil court. 

YourTurf carries commercial liability insurance and workers compensation for all employees.  YourTurf's design consultants carry a copy of their Certificate of Insurance with them for your review.  Additional information regarding coverage is available upon request.
